Druid
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
The druid is an example of a priest designed for a specific mythos. His powers and beliefs are different from those of the cleric. The druid is a pagan priest, an adherent to a rustic, animistic religion.
Historically, druids were the priests and scholars of pre-Christian Celtic societies. They were remembered in the folklore of those peoples as magicians, astrologers and alchemists of great wisdom and power. Cathbad, counsellor of Conchubar mac Nessa, is one such example.
Unlike clerics, druids cannot wear metal armour, but have a wider selection of weapons. The allowed weapons are; club, club spear, all daggers, darts, wardarts, falchion, hand axe, all knives, all slings, short-sword, sickle, warhammer, and warpick.
Druids do not have the same range of spells as clerics. They have major access to the following spheres: all, animal, elemental, healing, plant, and weather. They have minor access to the divination sphere.
Druids cannot turn undead.
Woodwise
A druid can identify animals, fungi, plants and pure water with perfect accuracy. Additionally, all druids can understand the language of birds.
Skin-Changer
Starting at 3rd level you can magically assume the form of a mammal, bird, reptile, or fish which you have seen before. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to your proficiency modifier.
You can wildshape without expending a daily usage by preparing and donning the hide of whatever animal you wish to become.
